Since 2001, I have been teaching Art, Math, Language Arts, and Science in various settings, discovering connections between disciplines, cultural beliefs, and experiences. This influences an artistic practice that looks to continue the lineage of art as a conduit connecting the larger, complex systems of which we are part.
Most recently, my work has focused on the juxtaposition of anatomical drawings and poetry through the project Body Parts of Speech and Conversation Pieces, as well as through ongoing discussions with artists of different mediums through the polyartology project.
Be kind. Be sincere. Be honest with yourself and what you do.
